Yoga to me is all about accepting who we are and becoming our healthiest, happiest, most joyful self. It's about living life with energy, passion and love.

I don’t like to take myself or my practice too seriously.

Yoga is not just good for us - it's about having fun! I try to encourage all my students to approach every class with an attitude of self-love, curiosity, playfulness and joy.

Yoga is self-love - learning the practices to take care of all areas of our health, including mind, body, and spirit.

We often consider yoga to be a physical practice. But, when we are open to all the elements of yoga, we're able to work deeply on every layer of ourselves: the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic. We shed layers to unveil new, stronger versions of ourselves, over and over again.

My classes take place in my garden studio. Group classes are no more than 7 people, which allows for more intimate, customised classes with more 1-2-1 attention. This is great if you can find larger studio or gym classes intimidating.

Some people can find the idea of a class with others they don’t know intimidating, or might just prefer to attend classes with people they know. Private sessions are ideal if you would prefer a class with your own family or friends or 1-2-1. This allows me to tailor the class to your individual needs and can be a great way to create connection with the people in your life. These sessions can accommodate 1-5 people.

I was apprehensive about going to a new yoga studio, however I was made to feel very welcome and supported. Chloe creates a beautiful and safe space, where any student at any level can grow and find balance in both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. An amazing and inspirational teacher, Chloe is clearly dedicated to her craft. She has a unique ability to gently guide you through your practice to exactly where you need to be, leaving you feeling enlightened and invigorated at the end of the class. Teachers and spaces like this are hard to find, I feel blessed that I did.

I decided to try yoga in order to help with my flexibility and was lucky enough to land with Chloe. At my first class, Chloe emphasised that we weren’t there to be good at yoga but to be good to ourselves and that mantra really struck a chord with me. I found The class flew by, that I had really enjoyed it and felt amazing on my way home. I am now a regular “wobbler” in these classes and still loving every minute. Thank you Chloe - you are an absolutely brilliant, inspiring and connected teacher.

I've been attending Chloe's monday morning class for 7 months and I find her a really good yoga teacher. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow and she demonstrates the moves as she goes along. She seems to have a lot of good knowledge and I really like that she incorporates a spiritual aspect with the short readings that she does each week. She incorporates all abilities and holds a friendly and safe space for everyone. Her cabin in the garden is lovely
