Yoga to me is all about accepting who we are and becoming our healthiest, happiest, most joyful self. It's about living life with energy, passion and love.
I don’t like to take myself or my practice too seriously.
Yoga is fun as well as extremely beneficial and I try to encourage my students to approach every class with an attitude of self-love, curiosity, playfulness and joy.
Yoga is self-love - learning the practices to take care of all areas of our health.
So often, we consider yoga to be a physical practice but when we are open to all the elements of yoga, we're able to work deeply on every layer of ourselves: the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic. Shedding layers to unveil new versions of us over and over again.
My classes take place in my garden studio. Group classes are no more than 5 people, which allows for more intimate, customised classes with more 1-2-1 attention. This is great if you can find larger studio or gym classes intimidating.
Some people can find the idea of a class with others they don’t know intimidating or might just prefer to attend classes with people they know. Private sessions are ideal if you would prefer a class with your own family or friends or 1-2-1. This allows me to tailor the class to your individual needs and can be a great way to create connection with the people in your life. These sessions can accommodate 1-5 people.
